Genuine OEM Quicksilver MerCruiser exhaust water shutter (flapper), #807166A1. This flapper acts as a check valve in your sterndrive exhaust, keeping following seas and back-wash out of the exhaust system and engine when you’re shut down or at low RPM. Cheap insurance against a hydro-locked motor.
