Standard Return Instructions

 

Conditions:

-Must be initiated within 30 days.
-Product must be in new, uninstalled condition.
-Original OEM box or packaging must not be damaged or written on. If you have to test fitment, please open the item as carefully as possible.
-Please ship any boxed product within another box to ensure it makes it back to us safely and in resalable condition.
-Serialized items, Complete outdrives, upper and lower units, transom assemblies, new and reman motors, long blocks, and marine electronics are non returnable.
-Special ordered Items are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus any freight incurred. Call before returning for details.


Terms: (As long as the conditions are met)

-We offer a full refund for most parts, minus any shipping cost.
-In cases where free or discounted shipping is involved, the actual shipping cost from us to you may be deducted. For Example: If  shipping is free for a part, but our shipping cost is $50 we will deduct the difference of $50 from your refund. We will provide proof of our cost upon request.

Fill out and include one form in each box that is shipped back to us.
*NuWave does not supply return shipping labels.

*We suggest shipping with tracking and insurance.
